Pamela Skinner (1964-2020)

Pamela Skinner, of North Platte, Nebraska died at Great Plains Health on November 26, 2020, at the age of 56.

Pam was born in North Platte to Larry and Dorothy (Bauer) Stoner on June 5, 1964. She grew up in Hershey, Nebraska where she graduated from high school in 1982. Pam earned her Nursing Degree from Kearney State College then went to work at Linden Manor, which later became Linden Court, until retiring. She loved what she did and Linden Court became her life.

After the death of her husband, Steve Campbell, Pam married Jon Skinner on September 24, 2004, at the Linden Court Chapel. When she wasn't working, Pam enjoyed swimming, cooking and baking and had a love for Pomeranian dogs.

She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Stoner, and her husband, Jon, of North Platte; children, Steven (Erica) Campbell, of Maryland, and Desa Campbell and Frank (Alyssa) Campbell, of North Platte; grandchildren, Nickola, Harper, Lillyana and Luna Campbell and Gabriella Dvorak; her brother, Larry (Diana) Stoner, of North Platte; sisters, Linda (Michael) Faling, of California, Deb (Warren) Smith, of North Platte, Peggy (Robert) DeCent, of Sutherland, and Deanna (Raymond) Just, of Texas; father-in-law, Robert Campbell; as well as other family.

Along with her first husband, Steve Campbell, Pam was preceded in death by her father, Larry Stoner; and her five Pomeranians.

Cremation was chosen. Memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2020, at Odean Colonial Chapel. Inurnment will follow in the North Platte Cemetery.
