Frank D. Hengen, 77, of Grand Island, Nebraska formally from Minden, Nebraska passed away November 6, 2023 in Grand Island. He was born August 31, 1946 in North Platte, Nebraska to Albert and Barbara (Lehmkuhl) Hengen.
