The Nebraska wrestling team will face some of the fiercest competitors in the sport, including nine of the top-25 finishers from the 2026 NCAA Championships, as NU released its schedule on Tuesday.
Starting the season at home, NU will face Wyoming on Friday, Nov. 6 at 5 p.m. (CT). The following weekend, the Huskers will travel to Stillwater, Okla., on Friday, Nov. 13, to face Oklahoma State, which finished second at nationals in the spring. The Huskers will then face Penn on Nov. 21 and head to the Keystone Classic in Philadelphia, Pa. on Sunday, Nov. 22, with both events held at The Palestra.
The team will journey to Las Vegas, Nev., on Dec. 4th and 5th for the 44th annual Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational. The tournament will feature 33 programs from across the country, including the 2025 champion, Iowa State. The Michigan Wolverines placed second in the competition last season and will also return in 2026.
The Cornhuskers will return for a home series against Campbell on Saturday, Dec. 19 and Virginia on Sunday, Dec. 20.
Conference competition will feature eight total duals, four home and four away. The Huskers will kick off their Big Ten slate against the Purdue Boilermakers in West Lafayette, Ind., on Sunday, Jan. 3. NU will host Rutgers at the Devaney Center on Friday, Jan. 15, before traveling the next weekend to compete with the Maryland Terrapins on Friday, Jan. 22. Nebraska will return home that Sunday, Jan. 24 to take on Illinois.
Nebraska will host Indiana on Friday, Jan. 29 and will travel to Columbus, Ohio on Sunday, Jan. 31 to compete against Ohio State. Closing out regular-season Big Ten action, Nebraska will host Minnesota on Friday, Feb. 5 and take on Iowa on Friday, Feb. 12 in Iowa City, Iowa.
Nebraska will host Arizona State at the Devaney Center on Sunday, Feb. 21.
The 2026 Big Ten Championships will be hosted at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, on Saturday, March 6 and Sunday, March 7th. The NCAA Championships will be in St. Louis, Mo., beginning on Thursday, March 18 and concluding on Saturday, March 20.
Times and television designations for the 2026-27 season will be announced by the conference in the coming weeks.
