The Kites and Castle event will be taking place at Martin Bay with registrations starting at 11 am mountain time on the swim beach to the east of the low water boat ramp in Martin Bay. Preregistration is encouraged, but not required.&nbsp;

The event begins at 12 pm and the judging portion will be at 4 pm mountain time. The award ceremony will take place at 5 pm to award each 1st place winner, as well as the People's Choice Award. Concessions will be sold at the event from 10:30 am - 4:30 pm.&nbsp;
