July 9, 2024 (North Platte, Neb.) — Both directions of Philip Street, at the Jeffers Street intersection, will be closed overnight. Jeffers Street traffic will experience delays, tonight, July 9, beginning at around 10:30 p.m., according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation. The Philip Street closure is expected to last 6 hours.
Paulsen, Inc. of Cozad is the contractor for this project. The closure is for installation of new traffic signals at the Philip Street intersection.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
