Donna Lee Bodenstab, age 95, was born on March 13, 1928 to Leonard and Clara Lewin in Germanville, Nebraska. She passed away on August 8, 2023 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Donna married Charles Gorley on May 2, 1948 in Curtis, Nebraska. They were divorced on November 19, 1968. She then married Paul Bodenstab on June 23, 1972 in North Platte, Nebraska. Paul passed away on December 4, 2001.
She is survived by her children, Jeff (Eileen) Gorley, Scott (Melinda) Gorley, Susan (Albert) Lewis, and Mark (Vicki) Gorley; stepchildren, Brenda (Ben) Deweese, Ronda (Daryl) Bennett, and Karen Bodenstab; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Bodenstab; first husband, Charles Gorley; son, Steven Gorley; and a sister, Betty Shirley.
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Fort McPherson National Cemetery in Maxwell, Nebraska.
Memorials may be donated to St. Paul Methodist Church in Lincoln, Nebraska.
