
Bonnie J. Miller, 86, of North Platte, passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at her home.
She was born on April 7, 1935 to Bert L. Brandhorst and Agnes (Prochaska) Brandhorst in Seward, NE.
Bonnie graduated from Seward High School, class of 1953 and then with a Bachelor degree from the University of Nebraska in 1961. She taught school for many years as an elementary and remedial reading teacher in Norfolk, NE, Omaha, NE, Brighton, CO, Westminster, CO, San Diego, CA and La Junta, CO. She married Joseph L. Miller in Greeley, CO in 1981. Bonnie attended First United Methodist Church in North Platte.
She was the last survivor of her immediate family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph and by her parents Bert and Agnes.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Carpenter Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Douglas Delp officiating. Those wishing to sign the memorial book may do so on Monday, November 15th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Carpenter Memorial Chapel. Private inurnment will be at Wyuka Cemetery in Lincoln, NE.
