(North Platte, Neb.) — The east side of the C Street and Jeffers Street intersection will reopen, and the east side of the B Street and Jeffers Street intersection will close Wednesday, May 15,according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
The east leg of the B Street and Jeffers Street intersection will be closed for both eastbound and westbound traffic. Motorists are advised to utilize alternate routes during the closure, which is expected to be in place for approximately three (3) weeks.
Paulsen, Inc. of Cozad is the contractor for this project. The closure is for the construction of new concrete pavement, including the B Street intersection.
Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
