                    </figure><p>A longtime Noth Platte physician is hospitalized with COVID-19.</p><p>Dr. Leland Lamberty was diagnosed with COVID-19 and is currently at Great Plains Health in North Platte due to complications.</p><p>According to a Facebook post from First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Dr. Lamberty is asking for prayers for his spouse and family and is also asking people to take the coronavirus seriously, calling it "real and dangerous."</p><p>Dr. Lamberty is in practice at Great Plains Family Medicine.
