NORTH PLATTE, Neb - The Miss Nebraska Scholarship competition ended Saturday night with Morgan Baird crowned as the new 2023 Miss Nebraska and Boston Pettera was crowned Miss Nebraska Teen. The coronation followed a week long event in North Platte and three nights of competitions held at North Platte High School.&nbsp;

Baird came into the week as Miss Scotts Bluff County, Pettera was Miss Alliance Teen.&nbsp;
