Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
Authorizing the Chairman to sign the NACO VSP vision insurance plan renewal
Receive and order filed fee reports submitted by Register of Deeds, County Clerk, Clerk of District Court, and County Sheriff
Authorize the Chairman to sign a right of way application submitted by Custer Public
Power District
Resolution 2023-09 to amend the Clerk of District Court petty cash fund balance
Resolution 2023-10 to include additional fees collected for various county services
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on May 1, 2023
Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer
5. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider courthouse generator project items
Closed session to discuss strategy with respect to pending or imminent litigation, real estate purchase, deployment of security personnel and devices or evaluation of job performance as to prevent needless injury to reputation (if necessary)
Hear concerns from Elected Officials, Department Heads, or their representative.
