After a couple of pleasant days Tuesday and Wednesday, the National Weather Service in North Platte is predicting another return of wintry weather by Thursday.
The daytime high Tuesday and Wednesday is expected to be in the upper-50s to mid-60s. The wind will be 15 to 20 mph.
In the early morning hours Thursday, there is a 40 percent chance of rain and the overnight low will drop to the mid-20s. Snow is likely into Thursday afternoon, and the high will only reach the mid-30s, the NWS predicted.
