North Platte Public Library to offer crafty workshops

The North Platte Public Library has several workshops for the public coming up. 

These workshops have a small fee and each attendee goes home with a useful or fun object or two. 

Our first workshop is “Let’s Create Plant Markers,”  for ages 9 and up.  For a fee of $2.00, each attendee will make decorate two fun pot or garden markers with permanent vinyl sayings and then seal them with mod-podge. 

Sessions will be in the library’s meeting room on May 17 at 4:00 p.m., May 19 at 4:00 p.m. and May 21 at 10:00 AM. 

Pre-register to attend by calling the library at 308-535-8036, or online at https://north-platte.lib-cal.com/.  There is a limit of 15 people per session. 

There will be a June 7th  workshop to decorate coffee mugs with a Dad-themed saying for $3.00 , and two Dad themed apron workshops on June 8th for $8.00. 

On June 25, there will be two Paper Lantern workshops for $4.00.
