Assault charges dismissed against North Platte daycare owner

Domestic assault allegations against the owner of a North Platte daycare owner have been dismissed.

Charges against Holly Hill were dismissed in Lincoln County Court.

NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-A North Platte daycare owner has been arrested on allegations of domestic violence.

North Platte police said officers responded to the report of an assault at a residence in the 500 block of E. 9th St. at around 2:07 a.m. on Sept. 17.

Officers contacted a male victim who reported that Holly Hill, 34, had assaulted him.

Police said the victim suffered minor injuries as a result of the assault, and probable cause was established to arrest Hill on suspicion of 3rd-degree domestic assault.

Hill was jailed at the Lincoln County Detention Center.

Hill is listed as the owner of Trucks N Tiaras Intergenerational Academy at 904 S. Linden Drive in North Platte.
