Harvey's nomination said, "Mrs. Harvey loves her role, and students she serves. Even through a cancer diagnosis and treatment, Mrs. Harvey remained in contact with her students, ensuring their success".
Mrs. Harvey met with Eagle's Nebraska Operations Manager Derek Beck this week, who presented her with a certificate and gift from Prairie Friends and Flowers.
Eagle will name one more educator Teacher of the Month for this calendar school year in May.
