HERSHEY, Neb. — Hershey Public Schools has announced that Mr. Jordan Cudney has been selected to serve as the next 9–12 principal at Waverly Public Schools beginning with the 2026–2027 school year.
District officials said Cudney has made a lasting impact during his time at Hershey, working to build strong relationships with students, staff and families while supporting both academic programs and extracurricular activities.
School leaders noted that Cudney consistently kept students at the center of his decisions and took pride in celebrating Panther achievements in the classroom and in competition. His leadership helped strengthen school culture and promote student success across grade levels.
Hershey Public Schools expressed appreciation for the time and dedication Cudney has given to the district and extended congratulations on his professional advancement.
Cudney will begin his new role at Waverly Public Schools with the start of the 2026–2027 academic year.
