Developers give glimpse of the new North Platte Mall

NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-As the steps continue to be taken towards the major North Platte Mall renovation, developers have released renderings of what the upgraded property will look like if it goes forward.

Mike Works of Rev Developments provided the renderings.

The North Platte City Council will hold a public hearing on the project at their Tuesday meeting, 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. Following the public hearing, the Council will take the first of three votes on approving financing for the project. 

"Tuesday's City Council meeting is the big one," said Works. "We either get to do everything to the property or not much at all."
