WALLACE, NE - Mrs. Lisa Kemp, long-time Ag and FFA instructor at Wallace High School was nominated and named the Eagle Teacher of the Month for April. The award is sponsored by Prairie Friends and Flowers in North Platte. Eagle Operations Manager Derek Beck presented Mrs. Kemp her award Thursday morning in front of students, staff and administration as well as Kemp's husband. Kemp was nominated by muliple fans, one wrote "As the Ag Education teacher at Wallace, Mrs. Kemp has been a positive influence, a role model, and overall a positive voice in the lives of her students. She devotes countless hours to her teachings and is willing to go to all lengths to help any of her students succeed."
