North Platte, Neb. – Mid-Plains Community College to put its recently completed project house, located at 2121 Iron Eagle Court in North Platte, on the market.

As the demand for housing within the North Platte city limits continues to rise, students in the college’s Building Construction, Electrical, and Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) Technology programs stepped in to ease some of the demand.

The public is invited to tour the home during scheduled open houses from 2-4 p.m. Friday, April 17, 3-5 p.m. Sunday, April 19 or 10am-1 p.m. Thursday, April 23.

The house will officially be listed for sale as is on Monday, April 27 with a list price of 411,965.
