Estela Ochoa-Irish, 67, of North Platte, Nebraska passed away July 20, 2024 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Kearney, Nebraska. She was born August 2, 1956 to Jose Ochoa and Paula Villarreal in Fargo, North Dakota.
Estela graduated from high school with the class of 1975 in Crystal City, Texas. Then attended college for a year in Fargo, North Dakota before moving to North Platte where she began work for the Social Security Administration. She was united in marriage to Paul Clemmons Jr. in 1981, Amil Horn in 1988, then Pat Irish on March 22, 2007 in Crystal City, Texas. Estella enjoyed traveling and fishing with Pat. She loved her family, especially her grandkids. Putting puzzles together, watching tv, dancing and having a good time were her favorite pastimes.
Survivors are her 4 children: Jeromiah (Alicia) Ochoa, Norfolk, Virginia, Antonio Clemmons, North Platte, Nebraska, Nickolas (Coryna) Clemmons, North Platte, Nebraska, Cassandra Gray, Mullen, Nebraska; siblings: Aurelio Ochoa, Omaha, Nebraska, Gloria Pesina, Brownwood, Texas, Yolanda Garza, Eden, Texas, Josefa Castro, La Pryor, Texas, Rita Loper, La Pryor, Texas; grandchildren: Georgia Williams, Jacob (Hannah) Brown, Payton Kahler, Kiryn Watson, Kizzee Watson, Phoenix Mason, Bailey Brown, Ryland (Sadie) Clemmons, Jocelyn Clemmons, Issac Brown, Pandora Gray, Hunter Gray, Veronica Irish, Tyler Irish, Isabella Irish, Bailey Bojorquez’ great-grandchildren, Joshua Williams, Joseph Williams, Jeromiah Williams, Olivia Rivera, Illa Mae Mayers, Cicily Mason, Kehlani Green, Naeh Sardina, Evelyn Bojorquez; along with numerous other family members and friends.
Preceding her in death are her parents, husbands, brothers, Frank and Joe; sisters, Mere, Paula Flora.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Rinke officiating. Burial will be at North Platte Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon – 5, Friday, July 26th, with family receiving friends from 3-5, at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
