
Lori Ann Clinch, age 57, of North Platte, Nebraska passed away February 17, 2022 at home. She was born July 16, 1964 to Arthur and Patricia (Stubbs) McEntire in North Platte.
Lori graduated from North Platte High School with the class of 1982. She then graduated from Mid-Plains Community College with an LPN degree. Lori worked as a surgical nurse at Great Plains Health.
Lori married Patrick Clinch on May 7, 1991 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in North Platte. Lori stayed at home and raised her sons while writing a column in the Telegraph. She also wrote two books. Lori was the bookkeeping end of the couple’s rental and construction business, Clinch Construction. They opened Grain Bin Antiques in 2014 where she took great pride in her work and customers.
Family was the center of Lori’s life, she loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved antiques, taking walks in the canyons, her dogs and was a member of the DQ Girls.
Survivors include husband Pat of North Platte; four sons, Jestin (Stephanie) Clinch of Kearney, Nebraska, Michael “Micki” Clinch of Fort Collins, Colorado, Joseph (Elizabeth Meister) Clinch of Denver, Colorado, and Cory Clinch of Fort Collins, Colorado; granddaughter, Berkley Clinch of Kearney, Nebraska; siblings, Misti (Michael Torres) McEntire of North Platte, Nebraska, Patti (Pat) Condon of North Platte, Nebraska; and numerous other family members and many friends.
Lori was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Patricia McEntire; brother, Artie McEntire; brother-in-law, Brian Frazier; and nephew, Patrick Clinch.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in North Platte. Burial will follow at North Platte Cemetery. Christian Wake Services will be held 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Visitation will be held noon-7:00 P.M., Monday, February 21, 2022 and 9:00-5:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home in North Platte, which is charge of arrangements. The service will be livestreamed via the Adams & Swanson Facebook page for those unable to attend.
