NORTH PLATTE, Neb. — The North Platte Pizza Ranch and franchise owner Shae Caldwell have been recognized with Pizza Ranch's 2026 Community Impact Award, an honor presented during the company's National Conference at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center.

The award recognizes franchisees and restaurant locations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to community service, volunteerism and leadership while advancing Pizza Ranch's mission of making a positive difference in the communities they serve.

According to Pizza Ranch officials, Caldwell's dedication to community involvement has made her a key figure in North Platte, where she has supported numerous local organizations and initiatives while fostering a culture of service within her restaurant.

"Shae embodies the mission of giving every guest a legendary experience by welcoming volunteers, coordinating events and supporting local initiatives," said Perry Krosschell, Pizza Ranch chief vision officer. "She makes people feel valued and inspired to be a part of something larger than themselves."

Company leaders said Caldwell's influence extends beyond community engagement and into the day-to-day culture of the North Platte restaurant. Through her leadership, team members have built strong relationships with guests, supported local causes and embraced a spirit of generosity that reaches beyond the restaurant's walls.

"While her list of accomplishments is impressive, her servant leadership truly defines her impact," Krosschell said. "Her work reflects the Pizza Ranch vision to glorify God by positively impacting the world through consistent acts of service that strengthen relationships and build a more connected community."

Pizza Ranch officials said Caldwell's efforts to bring people together, encourage collaboration and invest in community success have created a lasting impact in North Platte.

Founded in 1981, Pizza Ranch operates more than 220 locations across 15 states, making it one of the Midwest's largest pizza chains. The company is known for its "Buffet Your Way" dining concept, which features pizza, chicken, salads, sides and desserts.
