Lincoln County CASA is honoring the late Kevin Kennedy and celebrating all the frontline heroes in our community.
The Kevin Kennedy 5K Hero Race on Saturday, April 10 begins at 5 p.m. and the Kids fun mile begins at 5:45 p.m. at Iron Horse Park. We are also offering a Virtual Race from April 9-11th.
Organizers are encouraging you to dress in costume to honor your favorite community hero, whether that be a police officer, firefighter, teacher, etc.
Prizes will be awarded in various run classes and for best costumes
Online registration is available at platteriverfitness.com or pick up a paper registration at the Rec Center.
