NORTH PLATTE, NEB - The Prairie Arts Center in North Platte held a postcard competition for High Schoolers to participate. This year, there were two winners. In first place was Chloe King with an oil rendition of the PAC Building. 

Michaela Gieber also won the digital art piece. The postcards will be available for purchase in the Prairie Art Center gift shop. The Prairie Art Center is open Tuesday - Sunday and hours are 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
