Survivors include brothers,&nbsp;Marvin Kuper of Rapid City, SD and&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Karl Kuper of Tripp, SD; and step-children, Jackie Hollenbeck, Larry Fleming, and Lori Witte.
