KEARNEY, Neb.-A Ravenna man is facing charges in Buffalo County related to sexual assault and prostitution.
According to court records, Cesar Arreola, 25, was charged in county court with 1st-degree sexual assault, a felony, and contributing to the delinquency of and solicitation of prostitution, both misdemeanors.
Records say the victim was at least 12-years-old but younger than 16.
Details surrounding the case have been sealed.
Arreola will be in court later this month.
