NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-Three lucky winners will get a chance to pack their pantries thanks to the North Platte Noon Rotary Club and Gary's Superfoods.
The Grocery Grab supports numerous local Rotary programs like their annual blood drive and Josh the Otter, raising water safety awareness.
It also benefits national Rotary programs including youth exchange programs, and Rotary's continuing battle to eradicate polio from the world.
Raffle tickets were sold for the Grab and at today's meeting, Rotarians and representatives from Gary's drew and announced the winners.
The winners will get a chance to race the clock and grab groceries from Gary's.
The winners are:
Ruth Hyland (1st prize)-Three minutes.
Amber McEntire (2nd prize)-Two minutes.
Melinda Streeter (3rd prize)-One minute.
There is a two-per-item limit and a $50 limit on fresh meet. Participants are only allowed to grab food items.
The event will be held June 5 at the Gary's location on East 4th St.
