DENVER — The Realtors Land Institute has announced that Koby Rickertsen, ALC, Broker/ Owner, RE/MAX Home, Farm & Ranch, of North Platte has officially joined the ranks of those holding the elite Accredited Land Consultant Designation on March 7. The Realtors Land Institute provides the expertise, camaraderie, and resources that are the foundation for all land real estate professionals to become the best in the business.
Rickertsen is now among the most dedicated land professionals from around the globe, joining an elite group of over 600 land specialists who hold the designation across the globe. In addition to subscribing to the Realtors Code of Ethics, ALCs support the high standards of conduct and experience that directly relate to their specialty. As an ALC, Rickertsen has access to the best industry knowledge, an unprecedented network of fellow land professionals, and a variety of resources to help best serve his clients.
Through RLI’s Land University, he will gain expertise through a land real estate education program of educational courses and webinars for land professionals.
Rickertsen specializes in farm, ranch and commercial real estate and is licensed in Nebraska and South Dakota. He is now one of only seven Accredited Land Consultants living in the state of Nebraska and 15 licensed in Nebraska.
“This was by far one of the toughest processes I have taken on and that says a lot since I am qualified in submarines from my time in the U.S. Navy," he said. "I am excited to have finally reached this goal. I am excited to be able to put my knowledge and experience to work for my clients."
Rickertsen said he has already started his pursuit of the CCIM or Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation which can take several years to achieve.
“It is all about the education, experience, connections and client experience when it comes to being a effective top Realtor, especially when focusing on complicated projects like land and commercial properties,” Rickertsen said.
Along with the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant designation Rickertsen also holds his GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), C2XE (Commitment to Excellence) along with several other professional designations and endorsements.
