On Feb. 3 at approximately 11:54 a.m. an officer with the Alliance Police Department observed a motor-vehicle accident near the intersection of 10th and Buchfinck Avenue.
A 2015 GMC Yukon driven by a juvenile male was traveling southbound on the 1000 block of Buchfinck Avenue approaching 10th Street. Another juvenile male was also in the vehicle.
"The driver of the GMC Yukon never stopped for the stop sign or the intersection," Alliance Police Sergeant Cody Buskirk said. "The Yukon continued through the intersection, over the sidewalk and through a chain link fence leading into a horse pasture."
The officer on scene immediately had EMS dispatched and the juveniles were examined for injury.
"No severe injuries were reported," Buskirk added. "A traffic citation is pending."
