&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Gary V. Hobbs, age 68, of Trenton, Nebraska passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at El Dorado Manor in Trenton. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Gary was born on January 14, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio to parents, Jack V. and Edith (Darst) Hobbs. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Gary attended and graduated from Harrison High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1971.&nbsp; He moved to McCook, Nebraska in the 1980's.&nbsp; Gary enjoyed remodeling projects and completed several for himself as well as friends over the years.&nbsp; He was a talented stained glass artist who used his ability to create windows, lamp shades and window art. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Gary was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Randy Hobbs; and one sister, Linda Curtis. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Gary is survived by a sister, Patty (Larry) Roth of Colorado Springs, Colorado; as well as nieces, nephews, and extended family. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Carpenter Breland Funeral Home in McCook, Nebraska has been entrusted with arrangements.
