Ogallala Baseball 2023 Class B State Tournament run starts Saturday

OGALLALA, NEB - The Ogallala Adams Bank and Trust senior legion baseball team will begin its 2023 Class B State Tournament run this weekend. Ogallala will be the B6 representative in this years tournament. They defeated Broken Bow twice on Championship Tuesday to advance. They will take on Springfield Post 143 tomorrow morning at 9:30 mountain/10:30 central. We will have the game live on Flatrock 100.7 and online at https://flatrock1007.com/. Pregame coverage set to begin at 9:20 mountain/10:20 central.

Ogallala was the #2 seed in the B6 tournament this past weekend. They went on to win there first two games before falling to Broken Bow in game three. They responded to the lost with winning the last three games. They outscored their opponents 47-27, averaging about 8 runs a game.

Springfield Post 143 was the #4 seed in the B2 Area tournament. They defeated top seeded Omaha Roncalli 6-0 in the championship game. They are heading to Pierce with a 26-10 record.

Ogallala and Springfield will be the first game of the day. York will take on Wayne at 1:00pm central, Game 3 features Chadron and Wahoo which will be played at 3:30 central, and the last game of the day is Pierce taking on Haswell at 6:00pm central.
