December 5, 2024 (OGALLALA, NEB.) — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol conducted alcohol compliance checks Wednesday afternoon and evening in Keith, Hayes, and Lincoln counties.
In total, 10 businesses were checked. All the businesses checked the minors ID. None of the businesses sold alcohol to a minor for a 100% compliance rate.
The businesses checked included Convenience Stores, Restaurants, Bars, and Liquor Stores.
Businesses that sell alcohol to a minor are referred to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission. Clerks who sell alcohol to a minor are cited for procuring alcohol for a minor.
