James “Jim” Arnold Reagan, age 64, of Stratton, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Wednesday, Oct 20, 2021 at UCH Hospital in Aurora, CO.
James was born Oct 13, 1957 in McCook, the son of Edward Willard and RoseAnn (Pitner) Reagan of Stratton. He grew up on the family farm Northeast of Stratton and attend school there. After graduation in 1975, he attended McCook Community College whilst operating the farm. On April 3, 1977, he married Christina Todd. The couple had three children, Hillary Alexis, Ian James, and Sheina Rose. 
Jim started a trucking business and farmed for 20+ years, first in Stratton, then Maxwell, NE, and Lusk, WY. Returning to Stratton in 1998, he put his trucking skills to use working for various companies. At the time of his death, Jim was employed by Frenchman Valley Coop, as an OTR driver. Jim thoroughly loved this job, pouring his heart and soul into it.
Jim's other love was music, a gift he inherited from his mother. He played trumpet in high school and he used his voice his entire adult life. He loved being a worshiper of Jesus, singing in choirs, leading worship teams at the various churches he attended, as well as was a soloist for weddings, funerals, and other occasions.
James was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gary.
Survivors include his daughter, Alexis (Jerhome) Windecker of North Platte; grandchildren, Iona, Miles, and Aurora Windecker; son, Ian (Anita) Reagan of Oberlin; grandchildren, Mason, Jack (Alissa), and Collin Mumm; daughter, Sheina Reagan of McCook; ex-wife, Christina Reagan of Stratton; brother Ron (Tina) Reagan of Missouri, as well as many extended family and friends. 
Graveside services and burial will be held Thursday, Oct 28, 2021 at 11:00 am in Rose Hill Cemetery, Stratton, NE with fellowship following at the Christian Union Church in Stratton.
