SEDGWICK COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a fatal accident at a home rural Sedgwick County.

Just after 2:30 Sunday, deputies were dispatched to the 12000 block of west 101st&nbsp;St. North to the report of a home accident involving a motor vehicle, according to Captain Keith Allen with the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Department.

The driver reported backing a vehicle out of a building and striking a two-year-old child.&nbsp;

EMS transported the boy to Wesley Hospital and he child was pronounced dead at 3:34 p.m.

&nbsp;The Sheriff’s Office is not releasing the name of the victim or other parties involved at this time.&nbsp;
