Bonnie Marie Obering, age 87, of North Platte, Nebraska passed away on December 18, 2019 at Great Plains Health in North Platte.
Bonnie was born on October 12, 1932 in Kearney, Nebraska to August Fred and Marie Isabell (Nunnenkamp) Obering.
She was a bookkeeper for over 30 years and was an electronics tech for a hazard clean up company. Bonnie enjoyed crocheting, ceramic painting, and reading.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheryl (Paul) Wasinger; her son, Kent Wilson; grandchildren, Heather (Sean) Vrchoticky and Khristie Wilson; six great-grandchildren, Kaelah, Khloe, Gabrielle, Addam, Seth, and Luke; and her beloved kitty, Boots.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Don Obering.

Pete 'Pee Wee' Navarrete, 70, of North Platte, was called
entered into Heavens gates on Saturday, December 28, 2019.
Pete was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming on September 15, 1949, to
and Aranda (Lopez) Navarrete. When he was a child, the
family moved to
North Platte where Pete grew up. He attended Roosevelt
School and Madison Junior High. By the age of 15, Pete
and worked all his life.
He married Linda Moreno on April 9, 1967, in Ogallala but
they lived in
North Platte. Pete and Linda were together 56 years and
daughters, Amanda Jean and Becky Jean.
Pete enjoyed fishing, working on cars, playing Pickles, going
and watching football and was a member of St. Patrick's
Church. Being with his wife, daughters, grandkids and
were the greatest joys of Pete's life and world. He was
caring person who knew many people and welcomed
everyone. He was also

Cheyenne, WY, Eddie Navarrete, of Gothenburg, Johnny (Deborah)
Navarrete, of North Platte, Freddie (Stacey) Navarrete, of
Robert (Pam) Alvarado, of North Platte; sisters, Angel
Cheyenne, WY, Mary Ellen Navarrete and Rosalie Anthens, both
Platte, Annie Brown, of Cameron, OK and Elveria Navarrete
Platteville, CO; as well as numerous other family members.
Pete was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Sr. and
mother-in-law, Jennie G. Moreno; sister, Nellie Serrano; and
sisters-in-law, Sue Navarrete and Billie Navarrete.
Visitation and services will be Thursday, January 2, 2020, at
Patrick's Catholic Church. Visitation will begin at 11
Service will be at 1 p.m. followed by a Mass of Christian
Burial at 1:30
p.m. with Celebrant Father Josh Brown, then cremation will
