Carlini says Broman is hyper-aware of nature’s organic textures, patterns, shapes, and transparency, and he recreates its beauty in glass.

"In this exhibit, you will find Broman using cold working techniques to cut, carve, polish, sandblast, and bond the glass into intended “snapshots of imagery” to portray some of Earth’s fascinating features," said Carlini.

Corey Broman is a Nebraska native who lives and works in Omaha, NE.    In 2003, he opened his own studio in midtown Omaha and has been producing work from there ever since.

“My work is very influenced by natural materials and environmental landscapes," Broman said.
