These documents were sent to the North Platte City Administration and Council regarding Iron Eagle Golf Course. We have a legal opinion on the Title for Iron Eagle Golf Course (attached) and we are not aware of this being done by the City of North Platte, so our committee paid to have it done for taxpayers. The opinion shows that there are no restrictions on the use or sale of this land.
