Ruby Bingham of Alliance was reported missing from the Lincoln Community Corrections Center on July 9.

"Ruby may be attempting to come back to our community," Alliance Police Department said. "Bingham is currently serving a sentence for drug possession." If you see Bingham or have any knowledge of her whereabouts notify local law enforcement.
