Jesse was raised by Timothy Roubideaux, Sr. and Myrna White Bear. He grew up on and off the Rosebud Reservation. Jesse’s biological parents are Tessa Bordeaux and Clement ‘Hawk’ Standing Elk. Jesse has many siblings/nieces/nephews.
From Tim and Myrna’s side his is survived by: Lee, Jolene, Nicole, Peter, Timothy Jr, Gabe & Brett
And preceded in death by: Tim Sr, Myrna Sr, Prinnice & Myrna ‘Baby Girl” Jr On Tessa’s side his is survived by: Princess and Monique.
On Clement’s side he is survived by: CJ, Xander, Alisa, Chrystal & Beth
And preceded in death by: Clement.
He graduated from Todd County High School. He attended Sinte Gleska University.
He loved to draw and he loved archery. He loved his family.
