Back as the Board of Commissioners, officials at 9:20 a.m. will consider adopting Resolution 2026-13 authorizing the chair to sign a preliminary engineering services agreement with JEO Consulting Group for Project DPS-53(40), known as the Lincoln County Crossroads Study.

A public hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on an application from William and Kathy Westman to rezone property at 8687 West State Farm Road from Transitional Agricultural to Rural Estates Residential. The property is described as Lot 1 McCall Administrative Subdivision.

At 9:35 a.m., commissioners will consider a special designated liquor permit request from North 40 Chophouse for a Nebraskaland Days fundraiser scheduled June 12 at The Farmhouse Event Venue.

Other agenda items include discussion of a civil process vehicle for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department at 9:40 a.m., a recommendation to the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission regarding a Class D liquor license application for Fast Stop #1151 at 9:50 a.m., and discussion of a courthouse exterior lighting project with Hall’s Electric at 10 a.m.
