OGALLALA, NEB – Hayden Outdoors Real Estate officially opened a brand-new location just north of Lake McConaughy. The grand opening of the location welcomed residents from area towns in Keith County, the Keith County Chamber of Commerce, and many members from the Hayden Outdoors Real Estate team. Rick Kusel will be the agent at the Lake McConaughy location.
Hayden Outdoors currently operates in over 30 states and has over 200 brokers and agents that work for the company. This is Hayden Outdoors's second Nebraska location with the other location In Imperial but have agents throughout the state. The company opened its doors in 1976 and their headquarters are in Windsor, Colorado.
Hayden Outdoors focuses on farm, ranch, and recreational land but has been in Nebraska for a long time with their office in Imperial, but also having agents throughout the state. “We have been in Nebraska for a long time, but we are proud of our office on the north side of the dam at McConaughy and to be a part of the Ogallala community,” said Managing Partner Dax Hayden. “We are excited about everything and the business in this part of the country.”
The agent that will be running the business at the Hayden Outdoors Ogallala Lake Mac location will be Rick Kusel. One of the main objectives the company has for the Lake McConaughy location is that they want to focus on farm and ranch land for the region. “My expertise is in the farm and ranch side and that’s what we're trying to build out here in western, central Nebraska. "We just want to let folks know were here to help them market or buy farms, ranches, and recreational properties in the area,” said Hayden Outdoor Agent Rick Kusel.
Since 2011, Hayden Outdoors has been named one of the "Best Brokerages" by the Land Report Magazine and recently was also recognized by the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies. Hayden Outdoors also host a TV show called Life on the Land. Agent Allen Treadwell is the host of the show and travels the county discussing different properties.
