Lincoln -- Coming off an NCAA Sweet 16 appearance, the Nebraska men’s basketball team will make minimum of 30 national televisions appearances, as the Big Ten Conference and its broadcast partners announced its 2026-27 regular-schedule Tuesday afternoon.
As of Tuesday afternoon, 30 of the Huskers’ 32 regular-season games are slated to be televised nationally, as Nebraska will make appearances on six networks (CBS, FOX, FS1, TNT, BTN and NBC Sports Network) with one game awaiting television designation.
Today’s announcement also includes the start times for 30 regular-season games, all but the Dec. 12 matchup against Missouri in Kansas City and the Feb. 6 game with Indiana. The Feb. 6 game start time will not be determined until Feb. 1.
The broadcast schedule is highlighted by an appearance on CBS against Michigan State on Saturday, Jan. 2. The 2:45 p.m. tipoff between the Huskers and Spartans will mark the Huskers’ first regular-season appearance on CBS since Nebraska joined the Big Ten in 2011-12.
Nebraska will make at least three regular-season appearances on FOX, hosting Indiana on Feb. 6 along with trips to Michigan State (Feb. 20) and Northwestern (Feb. 27). In addition, the Jan. 16 home game against Iowa will be on either FOX or FS1.
Nebraska will be on FS1 a minimum of seven times beginning with the non-conference matchup against Providence on Saturday, Nov. 7. That is one of a trio of non-con games on the network, including games against Lindenwood (Nov. 11) and Butler (Nov. 22). FS1 also has four conference matchups, including the regular-season finale against Minnesota on March 7.
The Huskers will make the first of 12 appearances on BTN when the Huskers travel to Sioux Falls for a non-conference matchup with Boise State. It is one of six non-conference games on the network, while BTN will have six Big Ten showdowns, including NU’s conference opener on Dec. 2
All of the games carried on FOX, FS1 and BTN will be streamed on the Fox Sports and the Fox One apps.
The Huskers will make five appearances on Peacock, which will air games on the NBC Sports Network on YouTube TV. Those matchups include home games against Michigan (Jan. 5) and USC (Feb. 23), as well as road games at Illinois (Jan.19), Purdue (Jan. 26) and Iowa (Jan. 30).
NU will make its regular-season debut on TNT on Saturday, Dec. 5, when the Huskers travel to Creigton for the annual intrastate matchup with the Bluejays.
Nebraska will also make three appearances on B1G+, beginning with the exhibition opener against Saint Louis on Friday, Oct. 9 and the regular-season opener vs. Le Moyne on Nov. 2. In addition, NU’s exhibition game against Kansas State on Oct. 26 will also be on B1G+ as well as Nebraska Public Media.
Broadcast info and start time for NU’s exhibition game at BYU on Oct. 16 and the NU-Missouri game in Kansas City are expected to be announced in the near future.
Single-game tickets for all of Nebraska’s regular-season games go on sale this afternoon (Oct. 6) at 3 p.m. to the general public. Tickets, which start at $20, can be purchased by visiting Huskers.com/tickets, as a limited selection of 300 Level tickets will be available for every game, while 100 Level tickets for the four holiday break games (FDU, New Haven, Michigan State and Michigan) will also be available.
