Michael Ray Mullen, 62, of North Platte, NE passed away after a valiant fight with heart disease for the past 12 years and cancer on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at his home.&nbsp; He was born on December 6, 1959 in McCook, NE son of Cecil Ray and Sharron Kay (White) Mullen.

Michael graduated from Maywood High School and worked as a fireman on the Union Pacific Railroad for many years.

Those left to cherish Michael’s memory are his companion, Gregg A. Robertson of North Platte; sister, Diane Dykes (George) of Vydalia, GA; brothers, Jerry Kent Mullen (Loraine) of Maywood, Jim Mullen of McCook, and Dave Mullen (Sherie) of North Platte; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents.

Cremation was chosen and no services will be held at this time.&nbsp; Carpenter Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements.&nbsp;
