NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-The North Platte Trails Network is proud to present the Jim Whitaker’s Platte River Run on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Occasions Event Venue at 7:30 a.m.&nbsp; The Platte River Run will include a competitive 5k and 10k. The event can be completed in person or virtually. Online entries are now open at&nbsp;<a href="http://www.platteriverfitness.com/" target="_blank">www.platteriverfitness.com</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

The North Platte Trails Network is a volunteer citizens group working to create, maintain and promote trails in and around Lincoln County, Nebraska.
