Midlands Contracting will be closing East Philip Avenue starting at Industrial Avenue to Newberry Access for manhole replacement beginning Monday, June 29, 2026, until project is complete.
No traffic on East Philip between Newberry Access Road and Industrial Avenue during this project.
Alternate routes will be needed during construction; there will be a detour around this area – please follow the detour route.
Please use caution around the construction area and observe and follow all signs for the safety of you and the workers.
