Patsy Ogier, of North Platte, Nebraska peacefully passed away at home on November 18, 2020. She was 87 years old.
Patsy was born September 4, 1933, to Francis and Elta Orton at Odell. She grew up in Wallace where she graduated from high school in 1951 then worked as a secretary. Her first position was for the Wallace Co-op then Ogier Trucking and Wallace Schools.
Patsy married Willis Ogier on January 17, 1952, in Wallace. She had three kids and volunteered as a 4-H leader. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, UMW and Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis, and son, Bradley Ogier; her parents, Francis and Elta; brother, James Orton; and sister, Ruby Kraft.
Survivors include her son, Randall (Bonita) Ogier, of Wallace, and Deborah Poltack, of North Platte; 7 grandkids; several great-grandkids and other family.
In keeping with Patsy's wishes, cremation was chosen and she will be buried in Morning View Cemetery. The memorial book may be signed online at odeanchapel.com. Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore is in charge of arrangements.
