                        <li>All refuse needs to be in the city provided containers and the lids must be closed. No bags or trash on the ground.&nbsp;</li>

                        <li>The transfer station will be closed on Monday, January 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. It will reopen Tuesday, January 21, with regular hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.&nbsp;</li>
