NORTH PLATTE — District 177 in North Platte is starting to to look more and more like the sketches that preceded construction in 2021. Dunham's opened in November, the new Nebraskaland Tire followed shortly thereafter. 

GNC celebrated its grand opening this week underneath the new apartment buildings known as Heartland Flats on the south side of the new District 177 building. This week, walls started going up on the Freddy's Frozen Custard restaurant that is slated to open this spring.
