NORTH PLATTE, Neb.-Officials with the West Central District Health Department (WCDHD) are notifying the public of a potential risk of community spread of COVID-19 at a popular area golf course.
According to WCDHD, there has been a confirmed positive COVID-19 case of an individual who had visited the Sand Hills Golf Club in Mullen, NE. In continuing our efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our area and protect the health of our community, the West Central District Health Department (WCDHD) is asking for your assistance.
If you have visited the Sand Hills Golf Club in Mullen, NE anytime from June 30th through July 4th, 2020, please visit https://consultinglhd.sjc1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_a67PjRi6skYXMrP and complete the screening questionnaire as soon as possible. Once you have completed the screening questionnaire, you will be contacted by WCDHD for active monitoring and testing availability. If you do not have the capacity to complete the online screening questionnaire, please call 308-696-1201. Contact tracing is a vital tool used by public health departments to contain the spread of disease, and your cooperation will assist the WCDHD trained staff in its case investigation.
