NORTH PLATTE-One of the staples of the annual Nebraskaland Days celebration is Nebraskaland Days on Parade.
This year's parade is expected to have a large number of entries, according to Executive Director David Fudge, but there is still lots of room
Entries for the parade are due today, but organizers say you can still enter until June 11. Late entries will, however, be placed at the end of the parade.
This year’s parade theme is Reboot.
After COVID-19 shut down most of the Nebraskaland Days events in 2020, organizers say they are excited to bring the best of Nebraska back for 2021.
The parade will be held June 19 beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Helpful Tips:
- Plan ahead and be ready, expect a delay when lining up in the parade route
- Inform your float participants of the rules. They will be enforced, and actions will be taken
- Entry descriptions should be 20 seconds in length. Try to make descriptions two sentences
NEBRASKAland DAYS reserves the right to alter any parade description if it is too long - Your entry number will be provided to you
- Please return entry number to:
NEBRASKAland DAYS, Inc.
2801 Charlie Evans Drive
North Platte, NE 69101
- On parade day, entries will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis. Late entries will be put at the
end of the parade line-up. No exceptions.
